South of Heaven

For the next dessert in my heavy metal series, I made a cake based on Slayer!!!

I used the Joy of Cooking’s recipe for a devil’s food cake and iced with rich dark chocolate ganache, before icing on the pentagram. I would have liked to more closely replicate Slayer’s logo, but I sadly lacked the time & icing.
