Years and years ago I cut out and saved a clipping of this amazing looking pavlova, by Nigella Lawson. I’m not sure quite why I took so long to make it, because it was fairly simple and one of the most delicious things ever. Her recipe can be found here.
I won’t write much else about it, but I implore you to make it. It’s definitely one of those desserts that looks and tastes amazing for relatively little effort.
